Terms of business

What these terms cover

Keelwork Studio is run by Laantri Marketing LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms apply to every project we do for a business client: audits, Automation Sprints, Command Centers, Launch Kits, App Builds and Care Plans. Each project also has a written quote. Where the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this site exclude VAT. We are based in the United States, so business clients in the EU account for any VAT themselves under the reverse charge. Your quote fixes the price, the scope and the launch date. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payment

• Projects: half when you accept the quote, half at launch.
• The AI Opportunity Audit is paid upfront and credited in full to a build you order within 30 days.
• Care Plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Invoices are due within [14] days.

Launch dates

If we miss the agreed launch date for a reason on our side, you pay 10% less for every full week we are late, up to [50%] of the project price. If we are waiting on something from you, such as answers, access or approvals, the launch date moves by the same amount of time.

Your part

During a project we need one person who can answer our questions within a day, access to the tools we connect, and your comments when we send something to review. Launch Kits include two rounds of changes.

Fixes and changes after launch

For 30 days after launch we fix anything that does not work as agreed, at no cost. After that, fixes and changes are covered by a Care Plan or quoted separately.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own what we built for you: the code, the content and the accounts, all in your name. We keep our general know-how and our own tools, and we mention the project as an example of our work only with your permission.

Third-party costs

You pay hosting, domains, AI usage and other third-party fees directly to the providers, in your own name.

Data protection

When we handle personal data for you, we sign a data processing agreement before the work starts. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data on this site.

Cancelling

Care Plans can be cancelled at the end of any month. If you cancel a project after it has started, you pay for the work done up to that point.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the project concerned. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law says cannot be limited.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Wyoming are where disputes get settled. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
