Who we are

Keelwork Studio is run by Laantri Marketing LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We decide how personal data on this site is used, which makes us the controller under the GDPR. Write to us at hello@keelwork.example with any question about your data.

What we collect and why

When you visit this site. Our hosting provider, [hosting provider], records technical data such as your IP address, browser, the pages you open and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted after [14] days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts and scripts. Your browser loads this site's fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) and its animation code from cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.). To do that, it shares your IP address with them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing the site correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your currency choice. If you switch prices between euros and dollars, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

When you email us or book a call. We use your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us to reply, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, run the project. Legal basis: steps before a contract and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Data in your projects

When we build an automation, dashboard, website or app for you, we may handle personal data of your customers or staff. We do that only on your instructions and under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), signed before the work starts.

Who receives your data

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the business, under contracts that protect it: [hosting provider], [email provider], [video call provider], and Google Fonts and cdnjs as described above. We are based in the United States, so what you send us is handled there, and some of these providers are in the United States too. Where the GDPR applies to their processing, it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Emails and call notes: up to [2] years after our last contact, unless they become part of a project.
• Project records and invoices: as long as tax and commercial law requires, usually [10] years.
• Server logs: [14] days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you or another company in a common format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent at any time. Email hello@keelwork.example and we reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in the country where you live or work.

If you are in the United States or Canada

California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Residents of other US states with privacy laws, and of Canada under PIPEDA, have similar rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Use the same email address to make a request.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
